DESCRIPTION: It is diagonally braided from a newly developed expanded PTFE yarn, filled with highly refined mineral filler particles,
treated with mineral oil. Very malleable and supple packing with low coefficient of friction, hardly any shaft wear.
The filler particles inside the yarn enhance the heat transfer properties as well as lubricant absorption and retention
over a longer period. Excellent chemical resistance. Easy to install, need little gland adjustments.
USE: Although primarily designed as a valve packing, can also be used for slow moving rotating equipment like centrifugal pumps and
reciprocating pumps, sliders, mixers, etc. The unsurpassed chemical resistance of PTFE makes this packing ideal for
nearly all, even the most aggressive, media. Also suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications, potable water,
solvents, oils, gases, effluents, etc.
LIMITS: Molten alkali metals and fluorine compounds at high temperatures and pressures.

chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and excellent heat dissipation properties of PTFE/graphite make it one of the most widely used
and most versatile packing in the market.
USE: Very versatile pump packing, can also be used for valves, mixers, agitators, etc., particularly well suited for service involving
high peripheral speeds and temperatures, where pure PTFE packing fail. Can be safely used for almost all chemical applications including the most
aggressive ones.
LIMITS: Highly oxidizing media like oil, fuming nitric acid, white spirit, gaseous fluorine, lacquer and paints.

USE: Is a very flexible packing with highly density , easy and fast
to install; has a very low coefficient of friction and high chemical resistance.
Because of the maleability of yarn, emissions can be adjusted very finely and reduced to minimum levels.

Good flexibility and heat dissipating properties, very low coefficient of friction. Excellent chemical and thermal stability.
It prevents gap-extrusion of the softer flexile graphite.
USE: Can be used equally well in pumps - also for boiler feed pumps -, valves, mixers, refiners, etc. in many different
industries like pulp- and paper, power stations, chemical and pharmaceutical industry and many more. It covers the full pH-range
and can be used with nearly all media: cold and hot water, steam, chemicals, hot gases, alcohol, solvents, heat transfer agents, etc.

DESCRIPTION: Very flexible and supple packing, good alternative to pre-formed graphite-rings. It combines all the advantages of pure
graphite rings with the flexibility, compressibility and ease of installation of a conventional packing; very low coefficient of friction
and high thermal conductivity; extended shelf life, does not harden; chemically inert (pH 0-14) except with highly oxidizing agents.
USE: Used for rotary pumps and valves in power stations and boiler houses, in the petrochemical industry and many other industrial
areas, with steam, water, fuel, gases, chemicals, mineral and synthetic oils, effluents. Suitable for all processes, except with highly
oxidizing media.

DESCRIPTION: Diagonally braided from Preox yarn, impregnated throughout with pure graphite powder and a corrosion inhibitor.
It is an economic solution for applications above the temperature limit of PTFE and gPTFE packing. It fills the gap between the “medium temperature”
packing for up to 280°C and the more expensive “high temperature” packing made from pure carbon or graphite. The preox yarn has a low coefficient of
friction and excellent heat transmitting properties.
USE: Can be used in pumps, sliders, stirring equipment, refiners and valves in many different industries. Also suitable for boiler feed pumps.

Extremely tough and durable packing with a chemical compatibility better than PTFE-lubricated asbestos and unsurpassed
mechanical strength of Aramide. The impregnation with PTFE and lubricant results in a low coefficient of friction.
USE: It is also suited for valves and piston pumps, mixers and reactors in the following industries: pulp and paper,
pharmaceutical, food, sugar, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills, and many more. The chemical resistance of
Aramide together with the PTFE- impregnation allows this packing to be used in connection with most chemicals (except very corrosive
ones), water, steam, oils, solvents, etc., while its extreme abrasion resistance makes it ideal for use with abrasive sand, slurry and
other gritty media.

lubricated with silicone oil. It is a high performance multi-yarn packing, which combines the advantages of the supple gPTFE material with
those of tough and durable Aramide. This results in reduced shaft-wear and better thermal conductivity than standard Aramide packing.
USE: Multi-purpose packing, particularly well suited for use in piston-pumps, mixers, stirrers, reactors for industrial and
chemical process valves, good for high pressure applications. Can be used with a wide variety of media including abrasive ones: cold
and hot water, steam, solvents, oils, greases, diluted acids and lye, brine, sewage etc.

and paper, petroleum, chemical and food industry, in sugar mills and water treatment plants. It can be used with water,
steam, solvents, oils, most chemicals, mild acids and lies, etc.

DESCRIPTION: Diagonally braided from high-quality textured glass fibre, impregnated yarn by yarn with pure graphite powder and a
corrosion inhibitor. The graphiting process reduces fretting of the glass fibre, this prevents the glass fibres form abrading and damaging
each other under pressure. It is a dense, yet resilient, packing for static applications.
USE: It is predominantly a valve packing, but can also be recommended for man holes, tank lids and other static applications with water,
oils, alkaline solutions, weak acids, chemical products. It is a very strong and durable packing for static applications at high
temperatures and pressures.
LIMITS: Concentrated acids and lies, steam at temperature above 200°C

It is a dense, yet soft and pliable packing. The combination of the synthetic fibres, the PTFE-impregnation and the high-temperature
break-in lubricant results in a packing with very low shaft wear and outstanding durability.
USE: This packing can be used in pumps, mixers, kneaders and valves in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper and food
industry, can be used with water, steam, diluted acids and lies, most chemicals, gases, etc.
LIMITS: Concentrated acids and lies, oxygen, lacquers and paint.

different industries for insensitive applications including the pulp an paper, marine and food industry.
Because Ramie does not rot or decompose, is an excellent packing for stern glands . Cold and hot water, hydrous
solutions containing solids, cellulose slurry, brine, oils, greases, etc.

USE: This type of packing has a good thermal and chemical resistance and a low coefficient of friction.
Can be used in rotative and piston pumps , mixers and agitators , with water ,steam , acids , solvents , diluted
alkalis and petrol derivatives.
LIMITS: Polar solvents , concentrated alkalis ,highly oxidizing agents , oxygen.
